Wondering if its legal

to huck water balloon or two at the loud bikes - if it is legal for those clowns to give me a near heart attack then giving the riders a little wet willy should be no problem in the eyes of the law.

It's only illegal if you get caught!

Water balloon victim

Some teenagers hucked a water balloon at me when I was walking on my quiet suburban street. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and OW! IT HURT! So I memorized the license plate number and called the police. They said I could press charges if I wanted to. I said no, I only wanted them to go to their house, talk to the parents and put the fear in the kids. I had a bruise on my back for the rest of the day.

So is it "legal" to huck a water balloon that way? Nope. It's "mischief".

... it's not legal. And if the person accidentally falls and hits their head and/or injures themselves far beyond what you intended (Google "eggshell skull" or "eggshell defence"), since it was intentional, even if you have 3rd-party insurance, you're not covered. So, if that person winds up paralyzed and needing significant medical and occupational coverage for the next 50 years, costs that would run into the several millions, you'd be paying for this for the rest of your life.

It's not likely, but rest assured it's happened and it ain't pretty. Something to consider before you fuck up your entire life just to seek some petty revenge.

Throwing anything at anyone operating a vehicle is stupid on so many levels. If it's loud, why are you scared? Didn't you hear it coming?
