GS Confessions have been a wonderful source of current social anthropology in our bio region and have really taught me a lot about what men and women think. The only problem is that I can't tell which ones are real any more.

It makes for one hell of a dirty data set.
The posts (even the ones that are not obvious trolls) are often confusing, biased to one person's perception, and/or fragmentary and superficial. Comments (trolls or not) are interesting in that many are reactions to a catalyst (the original post), and may be more useful because of it.
Like all data, depends on how you parse it.
