I'm a sore loser

At some point I should have grown up, but I still can't deal with losing like an adult. I was the type of kid who flipped the Monopoly board and accused everyone of being cheaters. Now in my 30s and I keep realizing I haven't really changed all that much.

You are aware it's a loser mentality. It is competitiveness but also because you are insecure and you feel like you have to be the winner in order to be loved? When I say love, it could be acceptance or approval or whatever you want to take it as. Losing on one thing is not a reflection of your competence or your personality, but how you come react to it is. You are okay bro. Some people throw tantrum like it'a their rights.
