Loneliness is one hell of a price to pay for your dreams, especially when like me, one is ruthless about realizing those dreams.

Hey don't think you have to be lonely to make it happen. I mean, to a certain extent , you kind of have to so no one fondles your dreams or shits on them, but ... I guess I'm trying to tell you not to overglorify your loneliness as the only means to realizing your dreams. It can just lead to a weird place of self-denial or loss of balance always justifying action or loneliness "in the pursuit of XY". From experience, as a fellow dreamer ;-).
Just watch out for the health of the engine, so-to-say, or how it works. (your psychology) Good luck, have fun!!

... and you left behind a girl who you loved, was your best friend, but you just couldn't bear to stay here and let her support you blah blah blah.
please start identifying yourself in your headings so the people who are sick of your posts can ignore them.

How the hell do you know its that specific person? There are a great many of us in that same boat, male and female. Sometimes love and career just don't cross paths the way we want them to.

For me,girlfriends are dream thieves - they always have different ideas of dreams and will subvert yours in order to get what they want.
Plus, you need to spend time with them,go out etc and you can't work mega hours because they get upset and the control games will start.
