Fatty

I feel really ugly.. Guys always use me or make me feel like they're interested in me just to sleep with me. I look in the mirror and wonder if I would be happier if I lost some weight. When I was skinnier a few years ago I uses to sometimes have random people tell me I was pretty which felt so good. Now when I say I feel fat (because I really have gained at least 45 pounds) my friends just kind of don't answer or give the really fake "omg.... No you're not." I know I shouldn't be bitching about it. Most people would say well shut up and do something about it. But it gets discouraging, I've tried to change my diet go for runs but then I lose motivation and get depressed again. It just seems like a vicious circle and one day I'll wake up and I'll be 200 lbs. So basically I'm like the fat girl that guys use to get laid then kick you out when they're finished. Fuck my life.

priorities. i work in an office where pretty much everyone is fat except myself. they treat me like the picky weirdo when i decline literally everything they bring in to share: cake/lunch/snacks whatever. Instead I work out every day, eat clean (vegan actually), and I like the person in my mirror. It takes time, and instead of dieting or depression I would recommend calorie counting so you have realistic goals. cronometer.com is free. exercise is good too, but CALORIE COUNTING will make you thin again.

just chill out about weight, it comes it goes it's up and down, it's frustrating but the more you focus on it the more it'll detirmine your mood and your happiness shouldnt be based on weight.

I wonder what you consider fat. It's pretty relative.
I'm sure you're attractive af and don't even know it

I got this book (free copies at the libraries!) titled: The Belly Fate Cure and it explains that it's the crazy huge amounts of sugar that N Americans consume these days.
He has a system called the Carb-swap and 15/6 = no more than 15 grams of sugar a day and 6 carb servings. You will not be starving believe me! And the book is full of easy to make Carb-swap recipes and various belly-safe grocery store stuff.
Go to the library and check it out.

No exercising required!
Though once you lose the weight, you'll naturally become more active.
Good luck!

do you think the cycling between eating moderately and not eating moderately is due to depression? something to think about. i'm on medication, and i don't cycle anymore.
