Am I the only one witnessing people with their fingers up their noses on public transit? To all of you indecent filthy public booger pickers, do you REALLY think no one is seeing you??!

i don't see this happening. maybe it's a local thing.
looking at the grossness objectively, their fingers probably have more germs on them than the inside of their nose. picking their nose is cleaning their fingers.

Its a cultural thing. I notice many times people emptying their noses in a sink or on a side walk. While absolutely disgusting, it a cultural thing and not going to change.
