I'm a chick who really wants to get pounded. What's my excuse? Sexual needs. Fuck your gender scripts.

healthy but a need?

I think the pressure people put on themselves to have sex is not helpful. Yes, adults are sexual beings, but to look at it in a need to get laid light seems somewhat messed up and will cause your behavior and outlook to get a bit messed up. sometimes people don't get laid for a long time, it's not like people are entitled to sex.

That's pretty ridiculous. Sex isn't a basic need---it's a luxury, like cocaine. Now, sure, you might tell me "my life is empty without cocaine, I just can't enjoy life without taking a few lines a few times a week." In that case, you'd prob. recognize you're a stimulant addict, which isn't a moral failing, it just means you're using cocaine (or sex) to provide stimulation, and you feel less good without that stimulation.

All in all, sex is no more necessary than cocaine, unless you want to talk about the necessity of procreation in order to create more people to continue on our proud Imperial Colonial Railroad Society. But AFAIK we don't do that anymore, we just import people from overseas, where they lack birth control.

I'd say that sex-seeking behavior fucks people up way more than anything else. Like, people get haircuts, they buy whole wardrobes, they alter how they act, etc. etc. all for the sake of getting sex, either in the form of one night stands, or long-term relationships. Both have their set of obsessive behaviors required for participation.
