I am starting to think

that my spouse would be better off without me - he criticizes me every chance he can get, there is no compliment without an insult and I even get insults in bed - there is no place safe from this and I am tired of trying so hard to please someone who puts me down as often as he can as much as he can and refuses to listen to me by making fun of my words or talking over me. I am aware that I am not good enough for him.

Maybe you need to be aware that you are good enough. For you.

Please consider counselling - if you are not in an emotionally abusive relationship with your spouse - surely you are in an emotionally abusive relationship with yourself.

You need to change this narrative.

He is a coward that wants out of the relationship but refuses to be the bad guy and end things....so he is trying to make you do the dirty work. You deserve better. Leave him and find peace and happiness for yourself. You know what they say about living well being the best revenge...good luck to you.

Please don't listen to the losers who want you to join them in divorce court. They can't stand the idea of anyone happy in marriage, so do everything in their impotent power to influence others.

Besides, he married you - if you're not to his satisfaction it's hardly your fucking fault. It's all down to him for being such a gigantic prat.
