Pants on fire

My ex bf joined the same online dating site I am on. His profile has the wrong age and two other statements that are untrue. I wish I could warn the women of Vancouver about him. Instead, I am reliving the anger from our breakup and how awful he treated me. I thought I had moved on but I can't seem to shake him.

Unfortunately these types have a great mask especially if they are superficially 'good looking' and they tend to target those with low self esteem and neg them. Teach your kids of all genders to have good self esteem folks!

Most people lie on dating sites. That's why
I don't bother with them anymore.

But...

Let me guess, you have natural hair colour, you wear flats and do not have any tattoos because you as a woman are completely honest with your appearance. ....

Not sure how one person feeds at the trough is considered a pig and the other is princess but keep telling yourself untruths.

You're on dating site too so throwing stones in a glass house is still idiotic.

Dating sites and Apps should all be called "Exes R Us" . These are just giant platforms for people on the re-bound with commitment issues who would rather jump ship and find a new partner without actually fixing any of their shortcomings first. Sure-- there are great people with very little baggage on these sites, but you'd be ignorant to think that they aren't overwhelmingly crawling with rejected lovers slumped over thier laptops like piles of used underwear.

How do tattoos and shoes have to do with lying about who a person is? Buh? And funnily, I know a lot of women with natural hair color, no tats, and yep, flats-wearers (and some ARE on dating sites -gasp-), so you're argument, as well as being weak, was also wrong.
Also, her issue with him was that he was lying about the fundamental basics of himself as a person, not that he's on a dating site. Amazing how you read that and then completely changed it in your mind. And they say women are the irrational, topic-veering ones in a fight, lol. Over-identify and bitter much?
