I think one of the reasons I like horror shows so much is I feel like I relate to the victims. Which is a stretch. But all this unbelievable chaos orchestrated around them to make them feel like they're to blame, and if anyone gets close they too will get a bit messed up. Dealing with PTSD and fighting for their safety at the same time, in such a constant state of fight or flight that even when its over, it takes a while for it to really feel over. Gawd, I hope it's over.
