My buddy got a page in the paper for plugging a meter and getting flack from a cop about it. The cop gave a parking ticket anyway and when my buddy demanded his dollar back he was actually mailed a cheque from the city for $1.00. He has it framed on his wall next to the article. Pretty awesome. What a shitty cop!! Just a lame guy in general. Go Tom!
