If it is anything like living/working in an all female environment then this world would be one of social destruction based on assumptions; Patriarchy feels less vicious.

Feminism does not equal an "all female environment." Feminism is, and always has been about equal rights and opportunities for both genders.
And if you think Patriarchy isn't vicious, you've either not fallen direct victim to it, or you haven't been paying any attention to the reality that surrounds you.
