Besides the food, good service is the "foundation" of any long lasting restaurant. Surprised it's been there as long as it has. I guess it's a shtick... I stopped going.

Seriously true. I went there once and swore I'd never repeat that mistake again due to the awful service. And I'm vegetarian.

Poor service coupled by mismanagement = closed in Vancouver plain and simple. I can see their door on a daily basis from my place and it has a lineup nightly so where have the profits gone?

had ok prices and the food was all right, even though the menu hadn't changed EVER. sort of what you see is what you get. but yeah, i stopped going because of the bad service and it generally being freezing cold.

tend to have very poor manners. It's as if they don't understand the importance of treating everyone you meet with a basic level of respect. (Unless the person has given you a good reason not to.)

When princes and princesses like that are working as servers, it's a disaster.
