Sometimes I call my tv and internet provider just have a conversation. They're always so kind. I'm probably the reason why there are long wait times. I'm sorry.

This is a nice confession. Coming from someone who works in the industry WE REALLY like talking to nice people too. It is a two way street. 25 to 50 per cent of the people who call in are nasty and verbally abusive to us and we cannot do anything about it. So yes it is nice to talk with a sane and honest and nice person cause it happens rarely.

I know a movie producer who loves talking to the phone company for as long as possible...usually it takes 45 minutes before the exasperated call phone worker gets fed up and hangs up.

I like your confession. Very neat. I work in that industry and believe me it is a two way street. I love talking to nice people. Some times we get verbally abused so when a pleasant person is on the line it makes all the difference. Cheers.
