My disability prevented me from attending. Had that not been the case, I am not sure that I would have been welcome.

Later that day, I came across an area of the city where every pole with a place for posters had one campaigning against basic legal protections for trans people, in the name of feminism. I do not feel welcome in the world.

Isn't actually saying anything at all. And ending a half-ass statement with "..... just saying " also isn't saying anything.

Was there a wry facial expression that was supposed to accompany it to make it sound like there was some hidden profundity to be gleaned from it??
If you're going to be a troll, at least try to be a more articulate one.

All these marches against Trump by woman yet the female vote was split the same way it has been in every previous election.

Why didn't the ones in the US rally to vote against him?
