None of your business really.. besides, how do you know what beds she has shaken, and with whom? she could have slept with a lot of people you know, but you aren't privy to such information, as you aren't the guy she texted at night to come and give it to her right.. But if the first poster is correct in assuming that you're talking about BEFORE the relationship, then it doesn't matter because it's in the past.
If it's NOW, then please tell her.

If you are truly concerned and are not making excuses to cut in you should find a way to tell her. I married a cheater. She cheated the whole time. She's a fantastic liar, her best quality. She stole, lied about domestic violence, nd tormented me for thirty five years.

People deserve honest partners. Anything else destroys the honest persons life and memories. I have no happy memories because I've found out she was cheating with somebody then.

@OP perhaps clarifying that he's cheating on her would make a difference. If he's slept with a lot of people during their courtship then obviously that sucks. Saying you know this guy "has slept" with a lot of people she knows, that indicates it is past tense.
