Hard work, money, ex

I am working so hard on something and I know I will be a millionaire one day. And when I am, I can't wait for my ex to know lol.

It's "the best revenge is living well."

Not "the best revenge is getting rich so you can shove it their face for childish petty reasons."

Channel your hard work into something useful. Like paying your taxes.

Revenge for past slights is a perfectly good motivational tool. As we can see, it can take a short-fingered vulgarian, mocked as a bridge and tunnel rube by Manhattanites, all the way to the White House.

Make those millions. Make the ex suffer with the pain of regret.

Don't forget to have a good time yourself though...in time you may find that there is even more reward in not giving a shit about your ex's

Trust me when I say

They probably won't care , anyone with a reasonable level of intelligence and who has lived enough life to know struggle knows that feelings trump money

But good luck

Moving on

Although it might give you motivation right now, you should move on with your life and stop obsessing about what your ex thinks of you. You'd be happier if you did it for yourself instead of trying to prove something to somebody else.
