Yeah... Karma is a great thing to rely on if you have an external locus of control and basically don't want to be bothered with being your own judicator. The only thing they're getting is the natural consequences to their behavior. Act like a dick -> people will treat you like you're a dick, etc. YOUR IDEA OF THEIR Karma is not coming for them, BUT IT IS 100% coming for you and your future interactions with people, and the trust issues you seem to have developed over those words and promises. The natural consequence of having your trust broken. That's the path you're on right now, good luck exporting the responsibility to "karma", I suggest you skip that and instead and see if your ideal self has this kind of baggage....
