My ex's gf just added me on fb, she was nice to me, why? We broke up 3 years ago and stopped talking. He completely loves her.

You and her had a special connection at one point, she was probably just curious about what you were up to. Just say "hello, how's it going?" and see what she says. If she initiates small-talk just close the conversation politely...
"That's good to know you are well, I think about you from time to time too. Thanks for saying hello, I'm glad you did, but don't take it personally, I can't keep you on my friend's list because It makes me feel weird since you are seeing someone. Take care :)"
Then delete her.

I would either a) say a polite hello and decline speaking with her further, or b) not and decline speaking with her further. Your relationship with your ex is over...you haven't spoken. She is fishing for something. You don't have to be friendly. I say walk away. Let her fish elsewhere
