I work during the day at an office job and twice a week I work as a Bartender. I have a lot of difficulty meeting woman outside the bar. When I am working I am meeting beautiful woman and taking them home and its great. They're not long lasting relationships at all. They're just one night stands. I want a real relationship but woman just see me as the Bartender.

Don't act like "the Bartender" then. Get to know the lady first before you take her home. English bay is perfect for a first date :)

stop taking women home from the bar and instead put your focus on a better type of woman that isnt so quick to disrobe for your attention.
remember you werent the first bartender these women went home with.
set your standards higher for a better class of girl. drop the bartender playboy attitude and you will attract more than a bimbo
