Distracted Drivers

Come on! Now singing while driving is a distraction? What about the people with their stupid yappy dogs on their laps? What about 2 deaf and dumb (Sorry... hearing impared and mute) people having an argument? Reading road signs? Shoulder checking when you change lanes? Enough already. Lets start with education and proper testing methods. Teaching new drivers about judging speeds, depth perception, and being considerate and courteous.
