I hate it when a homeless person harasses you to buy a sky-train ticket from them when your already buying one from the machine, god dam it pisses me off so much, even if you say "no, sorry I'm using exact change" or what ever you say... They won't leave you alone!

I just tell them that what they're doing is illegal and leave it at that. Kind of like when people ask you for money when you're in line to buy something.

I'm friendly about it though, e.g. "Sorry friend, you know you're not supposed to be selling used tickets!"

Or when they wait beside the ticket machine as you put money in for your ticket and get change back and at the moment it hits the tray at the bottom they swoop in at that moment to ask you for spare change.
