Too much money to quit my job, but my boss is a verbally/sexually abusive prick. I can't see a $1,500/month pay cut being worth it.

They say that if you make enough to live comfortably excess money has diminishing returns on quality of life. I like this idea - "You should like your job and love your life". Good luck!
