My mother, whom I love, is a narcissistic psychopath. It has traumatized me beyond what one could ever imagine . Her loathing of my existence is heartbreaking. I wish I had my own family to love .

Sometimes in life you don't get back the love you give. You may not get from who you think should give it...... Step back and think about the love you have received and from where..... Put your energy there.

I'm sorry. hugs. I dont know the reason behind your mothers behaviour or why you feel the way you do and what can bring you two closer. but I dont like anyone to feel hurt especially from a mother. you will be alright, i have faith in you. right now you need all the support you can get :)

Hey sweets, don't be so sad. My mom basically abandoned me when I was 14, went with another man, who by the way WAS A TOTAL CREEP!!! Yet she doesn't believe me when I told her he tried to groupe my ass, god like who doesn't believe their own daughter. Anyways, hun my mom is still that way, years later and hours of counseling and therapy later, I still can only handle her in small doses.
