I dislike it when you walk under the awnings with your beach umbrella.

yes!! pick one...umbrella or walking under the awnings...you don't get both. sheesh.

Also, don't walk under an awning with a closed umbrella. If you have an umbrella, use it & force those without walk around you to keep dry.
