The BC Hospitality Foundation (BCHF) and Wine Australia Present: the 7th Annual Dish ‘n Dazzle food, wine and cocktail spectacular, returning to the Vancouver Convention Centre on Wednesday, May 18 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Proceeds from the fundraiser support the BCHF, which provides assistance to workers in the hospitality industry that face a financial crisis due to a health condition. The Foundation also provides scholarships to students in hospitality, culinary and related programs.

Wine Australia is gathering 30 Australian wineries to pour 110 premium Aussie wines. Be among the first to try new selections that are not yet introduced to BC. More than a dozen talented restaurants and chefs will present scrumptious bites for food lovers to enjoy. The signature cocktail competition will feature six bartenders showcasing unique cocktails with a "Down Under" theme. Live music from Les Is More, a silent auction and a grand prize raffle, featuring a chance to win a pair of tickets to Brisbane via Air Canada’s own Boeing 787 Dreamliner, round out this exciting evening.
