Win a pair of Vancouver Folk Music Festival weekend passes

      The 38th annual Vancouver Folk Music Festival presents some of the world’s finest traditional and contemporary folk, world, and roots music artists at Jericho Beach Park from July 17 to 19.

      Over 60 extraordinary acts from more than 14 countries perform, from new discoveries to renowned names. The festival features six daytime stages, and evening main and side stage concerts.

      This year's performers include Angélique Kidjo, Richard Thompson, Trampled by Turtles, Frazey Ford, Basia Bulat, Hawksley Workman, Adam Cohen, Blind Pilot, Said the Whale, Lucius, Phosphorescent, Parsonsfield, the Sadies, Rory McLeod, Jenn Grant, Pokey LaFarge, Australia's Perch Creek and Melbourne Ska Orchestra, La Gallera Social Club from Venezuela, Scotland's Breabach, Paulo Flores from Angola, Hungary's Söndörgő, Nunavut's the Jerry Cans, Mali's Bassekou Kouyaté and Ngoni Ba, and many more.

      There’s a Little Folks Village with crafts and activities for kids and families, an artisan market, folk bazaar, a food area with delicious dishes from around the globe, and other fun things to see and do. Children 12 and under get in free when accompanied by an adult.
