Win tickets to the National Ballet of China's Swan Lake, presented by Ballet B.C.
On its first Canadian tour, the National Ballet of China showcases its elegance and virtuosity in Swan Lake, choreographed by the legendary ballerina Natalia Makarova.
Composed in 1876 by Tchaikovsky, Swan Lake was fashioned from Russian folk takes and recounts the story of Odette, a princess turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer’s curse and her doomed love for Prince Siegfried.
Presented by Teck, Ballet B.C. is honoured to introduce the National Ballet of China to Vancouver audiences.
Two orchestra seats to the opening night of Swan Lake on February 27 at 8 p.m. at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Tickets to be picked up at the box office the night of the performance.
