The city’s canopy of cherry blossoms has inspired an elegant Sakura Tea Service at the Urban Tea Merchant (1070 West Georgia Street).

Presented on a glass platter, the tea service includes savouries like miso-maple-glazed sablefish in butter lettuce and pink-hued sweets such as a strawberry tart and delicate tea-infused “caviar” beads wrapped in melon.

The experience costs $42 per person (for a minimum of two people) and includes tea of your choice, such as the newly released TWG green tea blended with cherry blossoms.
