There's a new option for those who are downtown and looking for a quick place to eat.

The Glowbal Group has just opened Nosh in TELUS Garden at 101-510 West Georgia Street. The grab and go cafe and eatery is open from breakfast through dinner and evening drinks.

Located off the lobby of TELUS Garden, the 1,600 square-foot open concept room also has rectractable glass doors and patio seating.

From 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Nosh serves breakfast, including croissants made by pastry chef Elie Nehme, liege waffles, and hot items like breakfast pizza and wraps.

Lunch and dinner is served from 11 a.m. to late night, with paninis, sandwiches (including one made from a daily roast), made-to-order salads, and pastas like penne and meatballs. There's also a grab-and-go section with salads and sandwiches.

You can peruse the menu here. Online ordering is in the works.

On weekdays, a happy hour from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. offers complimentary tapas with each beverage ordered from the $6 cocktail hour drink menu.

Afternoon tea service will launch on August 1.

Nosh is open from 7:30 a.m. until 10 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Starting in August, it will also be open on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m.
