Earls Kitchen + Bar is cracking fresh Nova Scotia lobsters this weekend
Cooking a live lobster at home requires a little bit of skill and a lot of steel, so why not seize the opportunity to have someone else tackle the beast? This Thursday to Saturday (October 3 to 5), all Earls Kitchen + Bar locations are bringing in whole Nova Scotia lobsters.
For $25, you can feast on a 1.5-pound lobster, along with a handful of prawns, potatoes, corn on the cob, a brioche bun, and of course warm butter for dipping. Add a pint of Alexander Keith's for $5 more.
It’s an annual event and restaurants do sell out, but you can call in advance to reserve your specimen and show up anytime during the promotion to tie on a bib. Don’t even think about forgoing the bib.
