You can’t go wrong with goat curry served with tender dhalpuri, a type of roti made with a layer of crumbly, seasoned split peas rolled into it ($13). Or, for a Trini favourite, try the doubles ($4.52), a street-food snack of soft curried chickpeas sandwiched between two rounds of deep-fried dough. Everything is house-made, including the killer secret-family-recipe hot sauce.
