“This event is going to have an absolutely huge impact for Mealshare and the youth in need that we help serve,” says Andrew Hall, cofounder of Mealshare. “We’re on a mission to end hunger in Vancouver, and ‘Tonight for Tomorrow’ is a great way for anyone to help us accomplish that simply by going out for dinner on May 18th.”

Founded in 2013, Mealshare is a social enterprise that allows patrons “turn dining out into helping out” year-round. For each Mealshare branded menu item sold at a participating restaurant, Mealshare provides a meal to a youth in need by funding charities locally and around the world. With the help of over 225 restaurant partners in 7 major cities across Canada, Mealshare has contributed almost 750,000 meals to people in need.
