EAT! Vancouver Food + Cooking Festival is back at B.C. Place Stadium

From Friday to Sunday (June 1 to 3), the EAT! Vancouver Food + Cooking Festival is back at B.C. Place Stadium. It’s like the Food Network come to life, with cooking demos by Dolce Vita’s David Rocco, World’s Weirdest Restaurants’ Bob Blumer, and Top Chef Canada’s Dale MacKay, as well as culinary competitions and product booths. This year, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts instructors are offering hands-on classes focused on skills such as oyster shucking.
