Get cheesy at summer picnics with Benton Brothers Fine Cheese

Grilling isn’t the only route to an easy summer meal. Have a super-simple picnic—even in the back yard—with a good baguette, some high-quality charcuterie, and super-fabulous cheese. This unpasteurized organic cow’s milk cheese is made by Kootenay Alpine Cheese Co. in Creston, B.C., and has a smooth, nutty flavour.
