Martin’s Marvelous crisps are tasty without any accoutrements
You can never have too many crackers over the holiday season. When I put Martin’s Marvelous pumpkin seed–cranberry crisps out with a cheese plate recently, guests liked them so much they started munching on them sans toppings. The Burnaby-based crisps are one of four varieties of pleasantly sturdy oat crackers that are nut- and gluten-free. Others include a mild rosemary lavender that’s good with Brie. (The pumpkin-seed version holds up well to stronger cheeses.) Find them at London Drugs, Whole Foods Markets, and elsewhere for $8.99 for a 200-gram box.
