Okanagan Vinegar Brewery

Comments

At $29.95 for a skinny 200-millilitre bottle, you'll be eking out this thick, sweet, and darkly delicious Solera 2000 Pinot Noir Balsamico vinegar drop by addictive drop. Barrel-aged, it's the pinnacle of artisanal vinegars made in Summerland by Okanagan Vinegar Brewery's Alois Thurn, and worth every penny of its lofty price tag. Others in the lineup (375 millilitres, $15.50) include organic-apple and black-cherry fruit vinegars, plus Cabernet, Merlot, Champagne Riesling, and sherry vinegars. Find them at Village VQA wine shops ( www.villagevqawines.com/) and Granville Island's Edible B.C.

I received a bottle of your balsamic Rasperry Vinegar as a gift.
Problem is; there is not a recipe on your site or Google. They all call for adding raspberries in some form or other to Balsamic Vinegar. Please email me a salad dressing recipe that you may use. I like to customize my recipes but dont want to experiment with $20 vinegar.
