Rooted Nutrition’s cooking classes get serious about healthy eating
Okay, that’s enough indulgence. If you’re ready to get serious about healthy eating, check out Rooted Nutrition’s winter slate of cooking classes, which start this Saturday (January 7) and run weekend afternoons through March. Taught by chef Andrea Potter and the occasional guest instructor, sessions can be taken individually ($55) or you can choose six for $270. Topics include preparing ancient grains, sprouting, fermenting, cooking with seaweed, making bone stocks, sourdough baking, and more. Most classes take place at Radha (728 Main Street), where there’s a free open house this Sunday (January 8). For info and registration, see rootednutrition.ca/.
