You're an artist, I assume... At the front of the ferry this morning, you were sketching or so it seemed? Upon sitting in one of those irreducible seats, I'd leapt suddenly into some arthouse film with all its metaphysical imbroglios; however, I could not help noticing your gaze as it swept artistically around searching for subjects? This inspired me to cast aside the aphotic lifelessness of a macbook and to take up pen and paper so as to rediscover my own artistry (missing for a few overlong weeks). It has become apparent that I managed to put down one of the better pieces of short fiction I've written in months. I suppose I just wanted to say thank you for the inspiration. So... Thank you.
