What you didn't know was that I had been checking you out as you sniffed tea with two other people - were they your parents? scholarly colleagues? I don't know. What I do know, is that you are tall, dark, handsome, have a tinge of a Spanish accent (maybe?), and have no trouble coming up to a girl and telling her how charming she is (as your parents/scholarly colleagues watch on).
