If you wanna touch her, ask!

Why would you want to take a girl out for coffee if you're looking to be more than friends? This is not how to impress a lady. You have to take her out at NIGHT time. Take her out for dinner NOT coffee. First dates should never be a day date unless it's the only option in both of your lives at the time. Day dates are for FRIENDS. Break this habit! Women need excitement! Going out for coffee is the most boring idea anyone could come up with as a first date. Next time smile at her, lock eyes, open your mouth and speak to her. Maybe then you'll actually have a date to dress up and go to instead of asking cyber space if she wants to go out for boring coffee.

told her that in person
women do not need the excitement of night to meet a stranger

I suspect that first comment was written by a dude. Meeting a stranger for coffee in the daytime is infinitely more safety-making for a woman than meeting a stranger at night. Besides, it sounds like these two didn't even speak, he just likes how she looks. This guy is saying: "I like the way you look, which is creepy and one-sided but I get that, so I would like to meet for coffee and demonstrate I'm not a creep and then if we mutually agree, we can do something more date-like." I hope it works for him, at least he's got the chutzpah to try.
