For years, Georgia Straight readers have consistently given the Loden Hotel high grades in the annual Best of Vancouver and Golden Plates issues.

Now, the boutique getaway on Melville Street is the toast of one of the world's top travel publications.

Condé Nast Traveler named the Loden as the best hotel in Vancouver in its 2015 Readers' Choice Awards.

It also ranked 28th spot in the magazine's list of top 100 hotels and resorts in the world.
