Becky Swan appears to have no difficulty taking on extra tasks.

The Vancouver Police Department's athletic therapist runs marathons, operates a mobile-therapy business called Activfit Sports Therapy, writes for Productive Fitness Publishing, and teaches courses for SportMed B.C.

In 2011, she even appeared in an episode of Don't Quit Your Gay Job.

Now, Swan is in front of the camera again for a weekly YouTube video series to train people for COPAT and POPAT. These are acronyms for the Correctional Officer's Physical Abilities Test and the Police Officer's Physical Abilities Test.

In her first episode (see below), Swan focuses on agility.
