Since December, Mars in Libra has forced us to take a closer look at our social and political involvements, our moral compass, our personal expectations, and our relationship priorities, imbalances, and karmas. Typically, Mars is a fast mover through the zodiac signs; by late July, when it finally leaves Libra, the action/assertion planet will have spent eight months working on the math. The last two months of retrograde have provided extra check-in time with the hearing and visual aids, in order to spark a better two-way conversation with our inner warrior and refuel our passion and motivation.

Now that Mars is freshly out of retrograde, it’s action time. Mars direct can speed up the process of recovering from loss and heartache. It can also take the brakes off money matters.

On Saturday, Jupiter in Cancer trines Saturn in Scorpio. Jupiter increases the scope, the belief, the opportunity, and the crusade. Saturn builds the form, function, and reality. Together, they now create better definition and give us something more substantial to work with.

Wednesday’s new moon in Gemini can begin a new dialogue, trend, hype, or epidemic. Neptune in square to this new moon can leak information, expose vulnerability or weakness, transmit a virus, reveal potential, or uncover a missing or hidden fact, key, or item. On the plus side, Neptune’s influence on the new moon can stir imagination, romance, artistry, and clever marketing, but it’s wise to stay alert for illusion, trickery, and thievery.

Aries
March 20 - April 19

With Mars retrograde out of the way, there’s much better opportunity to connect and to find. Thursday through Saturday, Venus keeps I want/I deserve out in full force. Jupiter trine Saturn brings it all together and helps you make the most of it. Venus leaves Aries on Wednesday’s new moon, but she’ll continue to enhance creativity, love, and money prospects.

Taurus
April 19 - May 20

Have you noticed that your effectiveness, willpower, confidence, or sense of direction has slipped? Now that Mars is direct, you’ll find yourself back in the saddle again. Supported by Jupiter/Saturn on Saturday and Venus in Taurus starting next Wednesday, you’ll tackle things better and see more visible improvement. Use the stars, don’t procrastinate—the opportunity window is short. Mercury turns retrograde soon.

Gemini
May 20 - June 21

It’s a smooth sail for the next week or so. Mars continues to bolster your confidence and sense of well-being through July. For the most part, you should find you’re pleased with yourself, that life and love are balancing well. Friday/Saturday lights a good fire; try something new. Next Wednesday, let it go, indulge, bend, but don’t let it slip past you.

Cancer
June 21 - July 22

The next week is a productive time for home renovations, searching for new digs, or recalibrating your financial bottom line. Mars helps you gain better inner accord and even it out with family members, too. Saturday’s fruitful Jupiter/Saturn mixes initiative with intuitive good timing. Take a stab at something new, or reapply yourself and watch for instant results.

Leo
July 22 - August 22

The stars help you ease up on the throttle, but they certainly aren’t slowing you down. In fact, there’s plenty of action out there to keep you stimulated, motivated, and engaged. Mars in Libra now re-energizes your social life and gets you better connected professionally. Wednesday’s new moon can open things up or switch you onto something fresh.

Virgo
August 22 - September 22

Things fall into place rapidly and well, especially through Saturday. You’ll find you can navigate without angst or effort. For the most part, the week ahead continues on this easy-rolling trend. Wednesday’s new moon can clue you in to something you didn’t notice previously. Also watch for a hidden advantage, an unveiling, or something extra to consider.

Libra
September 22 - October 23

Mars has been in Libra since December, but if you’ve only felt the impact and not the benefit, know that from here through the end of July, Mars plans to make good on delivery. In fact, now through Saturday is an optimal time to spring into action; Monday/Tuesday is also lucrative. On Wednesday, explore possibilities, keep open-minded and open-ended, go by feel.

Scorpio
October 23 - November 22

A personal or creative block gives way. Now that Mars is direct, you’ll find that better support and more useful advice come your way. Over the next week or so, you’ll pick up speed regarding a collaborative project, or a health or work matter. Jupiter/Saturn helps you create better security and consistency, and more productive results.

Sagittarius
November 22 - December 21

Friday/Saturday, the Aries moon keeps you and life nicely fired up. You’ll find yourself blazing it and loving it again this weekend. Whatever you feel, it’ll come from the depths of your soul. Up close and personal, Jupiter/Saturn helps you tap into your intuitive wisdom and deep inner emotional reservoir. Yes, seek an intimate encounter. A creative project is a good focus too.

Capricorn
December 21 - January 19

You’ll find you’re less divided or distracted, that you’re better able to set your sights and go now that Mars has regained direct motion. If it hasn’t come together for you just yet, look to Saturday through Tuesday to confirm it, nail it, and/or launch you on your way. Act, gain, succeed.

Aquarius
January 19 - February 18

Friday/Saturday keeps the action going strong. Through July, Mars keeps your social life, love life, and financial opportunities well sparked. Wednesday’s new moon also kicks it up a notch, but just for this day, try not to get overly swept up by the potential or the fantasy. Neptune’s influence creates a tendency for impracticality or overshooting.

Pisces
February 18 - March 19

Impulse can get the better of you Friday/Saturday, but with Jupiter/Saturn on such a ready tap, your choice, decision, and timing are likely to be right on the money. Sunday/Monday also delivers the goods. Wednesday’s new moon gets real estate, home matters, and family plans moving along. Don’t gloss over the details—read the fine print or body language.
