There’s a reason Goorin Bros. counts celebs such as Brad Pitt among its loyal legion of fans. The Pittsburgh-based company has been around for well over a century now—that’s one-tenth of a millennium if you want to sound more dramatic—and it does thing damn well: hats. This weekend (November 4 to 6), the family-owned shop is taking its sample sale up north to Vancouver, where you’ll be able to shop the Goorin Brothers’ stock a short walk away from its Yaletown outpost. Expect a range of high-quality, handmade toppers for men and women, including Parisian-chic wide-brims, newsboy caps, cozy tuques, and surprisingly cool baseball hats.
