Mad flow and lyrical genius aren’t the only things Kendrick Lamar will be bringing to Vancouver this summer: the Grammy award-winning rapper will also be launching his DAMN. pop-up in Chinatown on August 2, the same day he plays his highly anticipated show at Rogers Arena.

Hosted at Livestock (141 East Pender Street) from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., the pop-up shop will offer a collection of unisex apparel that complements the artist’s critically acclaimed album, DAMN. Available merchandise has not been confirmed, though Lamar’s label’s official webstore features DAMN.-branded hoodies, caps, and T-shirts in multiple colourways. There’s also apparel decorated with graphics that allude to Lamar’s supposed alter ego, Kung Fu Kenny, and the lyrics “What happens on Earth stays on Earth” from the track “FEAR.”

The online shop suggests that prices will range from USD$30 to $60.

Vancouver is one of 17 stops that the DAMN. pop-up will be making during Lamar’s The Damn. Tour, which kicks off in Arizona this week. Lamar first hinted at the pop-up in a tweet published on Friday (July 7) before announcing the full list of dates and locations this morning (July 10).
