Celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe headed to Vancouver’s Holt Renfrew

Following singer-turned-fashion designerVictoria Beckham’s appearance at Vancouver’s Holt Renfrew (737 Dunsmuir Street) in June, the luxury department store will host another fashion celebrity this summer.

Famous fashion stylist-turned-fashion designer Rachel Zoe is set to arrive at Holts on August 9. Zoe will be on hand to preview her upcoming fall 2012 collection. Her public appearance will include a Q and A from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. hosted by Barbara Atkin, who is Holt Renfrew’s vice president of fashion direction.

The American stylist is best known for dressing celebrities for red carpet events. Her clientele includes Nicole Richie, Kiera Knightley, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Garner, Anne Hathaway, Demi Moore, and more. In 2008, Zoe starred in her own reality TV show called The Rachel Zoe Project, before releasing her own clothing line in 2011.

Just what Holt Renfrew needs - another style snob stopping in to admire the over-priced merchandise in an over-priced store in an over-priced city.

Vancouver was voted the worst-dressed city in the world and we owe humble thanks to Lulu Lemon for helping to make that happen.
