West Elm (2947 Granville Street), which opened in Vancouver earlier this year, is launching its first West Elm Market location in Canada on Thursday (December 20) in Vancouver. West Elm Market will be located at 2915 Granville Street—just a few stores down from the home furnishings and décor store—and will be set up similar to an old general store.

The Market will offer household goods in four categories: kitchen, garden, care and repair, and personal care. Kitchen items include everyday cookware sets, baking pans and accessories, tableware, vintage-inspired glass jars and storage tins, table linens, and aprons. West Elm Market will also stock edibles, including various preserves, seasonings, handcrafted syrups and vinegars, and more.

The gardening section features planters, gardening tools, and seeds; the care and repair section includes laundry and cleaning accessories as well as tools. Under personal care, find soaps and grooming accessories, lotions, and scented candles.

In addition, the Vancouver location will focus on bringing in products made in Canada, such as tool bags and belts by Ontario’s Heritage Leather.

West Elm Market will also house an in-store café in collaboration with La Colombe Torrefaction and offer community events and classes.
