Your horoscope for October 11 to 17, 2012
On August 24, Mars entered Scorpio, the sign that correlates to bacteria, and launched XL Foods’ beef manufacturing contamination. The problem escaped notice in the following week as a Pisces full moon was building. The first recalls happened September 16 to 19, just as the momentous Uranus/Pluto square transit hit.
Saturn’s ongoing alignment with Neptune is also a major conspirator in the top headlines and scandals of the day. This aspect is one of infiltration and penetration, of compromised immunity and added vulnerability. It is one that can seduce, weaken, diminish, deceive, and diffuse. It has translated into better press for Mitt Romney and a tougher campaign for Barack Obama. For both the opportunist and the visionary, Saturn/Neptune offers great creative potential for the taking. In other words, it’s anything-goes time.
Mars, now transiting through searchlight Sagittarius, is on a major find-it/get-there mission. To October 28, the quick-witted one, Mercury in Scorpio, will probe and scope. In the coming weeks, we can expect to get more answers and figure it out better than we have so far.
Monday’s fresh-start new moon in Libra occurs at 5:03 a.m. Libra is an archetype of reconciliation, cocreation, partnership, contracts, and accords, as well as competition, “visible enemies”, extremes, social involvement, and social climates. Enlivened by Mars trine Uranus, watch for a cut-to-the-chase energy surge in the preceding day or two. Initiatives can be especially well timed.
