Your horoscope for September 20 to 26, 2012

Protests, riots, wars, weather extremes, environmental catastrophe, economic and political instability, system breakdown—get used to it, folks. Volatile Uranus square Pluto will continue to erupt, disrupt, dismantle, surprise, provoke, and shock for some time to come. Tuesday delivered the second Uranus-Pluto peak for 2012, but the dust is far from settled. Over the next two weeks, the duo will be resparked as other planets form alignments, namely Mercury on Thursday, the sun on Sunday, and the full moon next Saturday (September 29).

Mercury, newly in Libra, calls for a new—and possibly more urgent—level of cooperation, perhaps one that is forced into being. Thursday can shed added light or bring more information out in the open. It could be a day of key talks and negotiations, legal or official action, alliances and accords formed. Swinging the scales in the other direction, there may be more polarization, fierce competition, communication breakdown, or sudden cutoffs.

The autumn equinox occurs on Saturday at 7:49 a.m. Saturday through midday Monday, the intensity can diminish, but the Capricorn moon may also make for a tougher grind or stance. Sunday’s sun begins an integration process and a natural energy shift.

So far, Venus—continuing in Leo to October 2—has raised gold and gas prices, as well as the Canadian dollar. Tuesday/Wednesday, Mercury trine Jupiter keeps it all mobilized and growing. They may get the dialogue, energy, and hope flowing again.

March 19 - April 19

From now to the end of the month, you’ll navigate your way through several levels of a relationship, financial, contract, or legal matter. Thursday’s news, discussion, or insights may add another layer, sharpen the focus, and outline your best options. Thursday/Friday can renew your confidence or confirm what you already suspected. On Tuesday/Wednesday, connection, communication, new ideas, and progress catch the good wind.

April 19 - May 20

As the workweek comes to a close, a new priority could overtake you. Saturday through Monday, you can still be in the thick of a finish-off or prep stage, but come Tuesday it’s time to hit the ground running. Libra month can put you back to work on an actual job, or it can call you to task on a personal necessity.

May 20 - June 20

Thursday and Friday can spark sudden clarity, light a surprise fuse, or send you off on a new tangent. Say yes to a new work project, an apprenticeship program, or a health initiative. Even if you are hit with the unexpected, remember that divine order is always at work. What shapes up now sets the bigger-picture dial for some time to come.

June 20 - July 22

A decision may weigh on you, but Thursday’s provoking stars won’t let you sit on the fence any longer. Watch for circumstances to clarify your choices or next steps. Strike while your momentum is going strong. At the end of the week, you can accomplish more than usual. Saturday through Monday, tackle it head-on, finish it off, and aim for something new.

July 22 - August 22

Thursday, you could be struck with an idea or a piece of news. As well, someone could light a surprise fire. Your instincts and quick reaction time will serve you well when sudden opportunity calls or you find yourself
backed into a tight spot. A slow-it-down, time-out, or clean-it-up weekend is ideal. Tuesday/Wednesday, fly at it. The getting is good, perhaps great.

August 22 - September 22

As the workweek finishes, financial or relationship tensions could continue to be inflamed. Even though you may feel under siege or attack, maintain your
composure and stay approachable; it’s your best defence. Still, don’t sit on your hands. Take your best shot when you see your opportunity. Know it’s likely to be up and down, touch and go through the end of the month.

September 22 - October 22

Thursday/Friday keeps the intensity and motivation going strong. Mercury in Libra can set you into sudden sprint. The pressure may continue to build over the weekend, but as of Saturday’s autumn equinox you’ll pick up even more steam. Late Monday through Wednesday, you should find it comes together very well. Actions can be especially well timed.

October 22 - November 21

Keep your radar on. Heed equipment, vehicle, or health warning signals, and aim to read between the lines with people, too. Thursday can let a cat out of the bag, hit you with the unexpected, or deliver a surprise advantage. This weekend, slow down, bow out, and take more time to get yourself organized. Tuesday/Wednesday’s fresh page easily hits the mark.

November 21 - December 21

Stay approachable and accommodating. Things can have a surprising way of working out. Even if it doesn’t go according to Hoyle, there is something to be gained. Thursday/Friday, the Sagittarius moon keeps you moving right along. Saturday through Monday brings you to a conclusion or forces you to make a hard choice. Tuesday/Wednesday is optimal for communications and taking your best shot.

December 21 - January 20

It’s time to get a move on. Use it, don’t lose it. Over the weekend, the added pressure or anxiety can weigh you down. By Monday evening, you’re back in the saddle again. Tuesday/Wednesday, good ideas and same-page accord come readily. The stars go easy on you. They’ll buy you more time and gift you with fresh options.

January 20 - February 18

Thursday/Friday, take a chance: it could get you somewhere good. Talk it up, show it off. Socialize, let yourself off the hook. Watch for news, a special event, a surprise, or added excitement. Saturday through Monday, slow down, follow the clues. Monday evening through Wednesday, the Aquarius moon sparks something fresh. You’re in stellar favour—run with it.

February 18 - March 19

The end of the workweek keeps extra on your plate. Do what’s most expedient and skip the worry. You might not get it all handled, but somehow it’ll all work out.
The weekend puts things in perspective and gives you something to show for your efforts. Past Monday afternoon, you are off to the races.
